dc.description.abstractDigital transformation has become a central issue in the business world in recent decades. This phenomenon has been driven by significant technological advances, changes in consumer preferences and increasing competition in global markets. The objective of this research is to identify the best business strategies to achieve a successful digital transformation. The methodology used in this research is documentary and bibliographic in nature, focused on the compilation and analysis of secondary sources that address the topic of digital transformation strategies in companies. The study revealed that successful digital transformation in companies requires a clear strategic vision and the commitment of senior management. Companies that prioritize customer experience, foster a culture of innovation, and embrace emerging technologies tend to perform better. It is recommended that companies define a solid digital vision and strategy, involve senior management and address barriers of resistance to change and lack of digital skills. It is suggested that companies focus on specific areas, such as the adoption of emerging technologies, cybersecurity, ethics in data collection, and collaboration with strategic partners. © 2024, Universidad del Zulia.
