The research is substantive, the scope was descriptive correlational and the design used is non-experimental correlational, cross-sectional. The population consisted of 110 teachers from the faculty of education. The survey technique and its ins-trument, the questionnaire for administrative management and job satisfaction, with questions of the Likert Scale type, were used. For the reliability of the instruments, Cronbach’s Alpha was used for both instruments. On the other hand, data proces-sing was performed with SPSS software (version 23). After carrying out the descriptive analysis and the Rho Spearman for the inferential analysis, it is concluded that there is a significant and direct relationship between administrative management and teacher job satisfaction at the Faculty of Education of the National University.
