Resumen

The objective of this article is the IoT Application: an approach from a Smart Campus to a Smart Lab at a University of Peru. For the review of the literature, 42 articles were explored, classified into 24 articles, the database used being SCOPUS, JSTOR, Dialnet, Redalyc, ESBCO, Scielo, in English, Portuguese and Spanish; Emphasis is placed on the concept and characteristics of the Internet of Things with applications of sensors, actuators, programming, architectures, among others; The new Smart Campuses change the way of living, in a safe, comfortable and thrifty context, where the advantages are enormous when applied to a Smart Laboratory, significantly improving the application and learning in Control and Automation. © 2023 Latin American and Caribbean Consortium of Engineering Institutions.
