Abstract

The social transformations resulting from the impact of technologies have increased the sedentary lifestyle of people in all work fields, which has in turn generated various pathologies at a physical and psychological level. Therefore, this study reports the effects of the occupational exercise program on heart rate variability, blood pressure, body mass index, and life satisfaction in a group of 20 workers from a private company in Lima.
