Management trends in organizations: A theoretical look; [Tendencias gerenciales en las organizaciones: Una mirada teórica]

Resumen

The purpose of the present study was focused on identifying management trends in organizations from a theoretical perspective. The research corresponds to a documentary and/ or bibliographic theoretical review. The disclosures indicated that management must carry out a strategic plan, through the organization and appointment of personnel, creating a structure that encourages personnel to achieve objectives, solving problems, and confronting persistent results in the company. As a final reflection, it is important that all personnel work efficiently, which depends in part, on the capacity of those who perform managerial functions, considering scientific and technological advances on new management trends; as well as the development of knowledge, so that an effective application of the daily activities and management of required resources is carried out, in addition, it is necessary for said organization to strive to respond to the demands of globalization, changes and valuation of human capital, as its essence, while maintaining its standards of competence and quality. © 2020, Universidad del Zulia.
