Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la institución educativa "José Carlos Mariátegui" del distrito de Villa María del Triunfo, Lima – 2020

Resumen

The present study set out to determine the relationship that exists between the organizational climate in the work performance of the workers of the José Carlos Mariátegui Educational Institution of the Villa María del Triunfo district, Lima-2020. For this, an analysis was planned and carried out. Investigation of quantitative approach, of correlational descriptive level and of non-experimental design, with a population of 73 teachers from the mentioned educational institution, two questionnaires were applied for data collection. The results indicate the existence of a significant correlation between organizational climate and teacher performance based on the finding of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient (0,767). © Autor(es); 2023.
