The satisfaction of users and university welfare services at the National University of Education in times of pandemic, 2021. It is a quantitative study, of basic type, it was worked with the non-experimental transversal correlational design, 366 university students participated, the sample was non-probabilistic. To measure the variables, the questionnaire was used according to the variables (user satisfaction and university welfare services). It was found that 51.9% of the respondents have a regular satisfaction as well as 41.5% of the respondents, evidenced that the university welfare service is regular. As a conclusion it was found that user satisfaction is significantly related to the efficiency of university welfare services at the National University of Education in times of pandemic - 2021.
