Technological innovation: Theoretical reflections; [Innovación tecnológica: Reflexiones teóricas]

Abstract

This research focuses on characterizing technological innovation as an essential aspect in modern organizations. From the methodological perspective, the research is qualitative, documentary-bibliographic, part of the review of documents and texts of interest in the area of knowledge studied in order to reflect on these elements in organizations. The results indicate that technological innovation is one of the most important because of the changes it implies at an economic and market level; allows organizations to develop innovative ideas and concepts that result in organizational wellbeing, and that, accompanied by ethical management, report organizational sustainability and sustainability for nations. Working for the development and implementation of really impressive projects so that the company strengthens and creates new competitive advantages, is the test of fire that must be overcome, since the growth and its sustained success will depend on the importance given to the function of the innovation in the company. © 2019, Universidad del Zulia.
